Wheel-Clamp.org is the webpage of wheel-clamp users. The intention is to provide and exchange knowledge and experience with wheel-clamps, also known as a denver-boot in the US.

There are several potential uses for a wheelclamp. One is to secure a trailer, say while using it in camping or when the trailer needs to stay in one place for a longer time e.g. over the winter. Second a wheel clamp is often used to protect a car from car theft, especially a severe problem for our members in Eastern Europe. In this case the car owner usually carries his wheel-clamp around in the trunk of the car and fits it on the wheel when the car is being parked.

A third use is the fight against parking offenders. In public this is probably the most widely discussed issue around wheel clamps.

The fourth use is related to the third one, it is the use of a wheel-clamp by authorities such as the IRS, the firefighters, traffic wardens and police. It is in use against parking offenders as well as against tax payers.
